As part of the Bykemania mobile app redesign, I focused on streamlining the bike rental booking experience by addressing key usability issues and modernizing the interface. The earlier flow was cluttered, text-heavy, and lacked visual hierarchy, making it difficult for users to quickly grasp booking details and pricing. Through user-centric improvements such as modular content blocks, simplified helmet and addon selection, and a visually clean layout with clear date-time selectors, the updated design ensures a more intuitive and engaging user journey. Additionally, I introduced a bottom navigation bar for better discoverability of services and reorganized key information—like deposit, distance limits, and extra charges—into scannable, icon-based highlights. These enhancements not only reduce cognitive load but also align with modern UI principles, ultimately improving both conversion and user satisfaction.
